The aim of this study is to develop a valid and reliable Technological Formation Scale measure Knowledge (TK) Pedagogical (TPK) which are main components Content (TPACK). Technology seems have an important place in teacher training education. It seen that only (PCK) not sufficient today. Therefore, the measurement tools including 21st century requirements information communication technologies skills, production productive thinking needed. Measuring technological pedagogical knowledge teachers candidates able be possible by means tool. Another present tool within TPACK framework, based on productivity for researchers. involve scale. Thus, it aimed obtain real-like results. participants were 756 from different regions Turkey. Structure validity, item factor correlations, discrimination, internal consistency stability levels reveal As result validity reliability analysis, scale has 4-factor structure, namely “Content Development”, “Interactive Object “Problem Solving” “Creativity” under headings Production Productive Thinking. While value whole .972, values factors .973, .937 .850, respectively.
